Buy or renew a licence

  1. In ElectroERP open Settings → Licence and click WhatsApp for licence. Your company name, GSTIN and number of users are filled in for you — just press Send.
  2. We confirm the price and send a GST invoice from Smiles To Miles Vacations Private Limited.
  3. After payment you receive your licence key (or a license.lic file).
  4. Paste the key in Settings → Licence → Activate. No reinstall; your data stays exactly as it is.

Licences are tied to your company GSTIN. Changing computers? Take a backup, restore it on the new PC and activate the same key.

Where is the User Guide?

Inside ElectroERP: click the ? button at the top, or User Guide in the sidebar. It covers every screen step by step.

How do I move ElectroERP to a new computer?

On the old PC: Settings → Backup & data → Download full backup. Install ElectroERP on the new PC, then Restore from backup and activate your licence key.

Stock in the software doesn't match my shelf.

Open Stock Ledger → Stock check. It lists negative stock, godown or serial-number mismatches and notes left on cancelled bills, each with a Fix button. Take a backup first.

Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" when installing.

This appears for new software downloaded outside the Microsoft Store. Click More info → Run anyway. The Microsoft Store edition (coming soon) installs without this message.

My trial ended — is my data lost?

No. Everything stays; ElectroERP becomes read-only until you activate a licence. You can still view, print, export and back up.
