The simple rules for using ElectroERP. By installing or using ElectroERP you agree to these terms.

ElectroERP is licensed, not sold, by Omnexa Technologies, a division of Smiles To Miles Vacations Private Limited, India (“Omnexa”).
You may use ElectroERP free for the trial period shown in the app (30 days in the Microsoft Store edition), for up to 2 users. After the trial, entries are blocked until a licence is activated; viewing, printing, exporting and backups remain available.
A paid licence lets the business named in it (identified by its GSTIN) use ElectroERP for its own operations, for the edition, number of users and period stated in the licence key. A licence may not be shared with, sold or transferred to another business without our written consent.
Your data belongs to you and stays on your computer (see our privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping backups and for the accuracy of what you enter. ElectroERP helps prepare GST invoices, returns data and accounts, but you (and your tax adviser) remain responsible for your filings and compliance.
We may release updates to fix problems or add features. Support is provided on WhatsApp and email during business hours for the period and plan agreed at purchase.
ElectroERP is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Omnexa's total liability for any claim relating to ElectroERP is limited to the licence fee you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data.
These terms end automatically if you breach them. You may stop using ElectroERP at any time; your data remains on your computer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
